Land in the hills of Cesena and Bertinoro
Maceration for 10-15 days in temperature-controlled steel fermenters. Afterwards the wine remains in steel vats until January of the year following the harvest. It then matures in new French oak barriques (medium toasting) for 12 months in a temperature-controlled environment. Before bottling, it rests for a further 2-3 months in steel tanks

Broad, intense, spicy, with notes of vanilla and liquorice and hints of black cherry jam and well-ripened fruit
Dry, harmonious, pleasantly tannic. Bitterish aftertaste that refines with the passage of time, reaching a pleasant harmony

16°-18° C. Serve in large goblets
